Refund Policy

At Smart Mouth Technologies, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Please review the following criteria to determine if you’re eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds after the 30-day period.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is defective.
• The product is not as described.
• The product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The product is unused and in sellable condition.

Exclusions: Certain items, such as digital downloads or use of our web applications, are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to the product description for any specific exclusions.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
