Here is how to tell if you are milling with geometries or not.<\/p>

  • \u00a0You have and use the 1.5mm Bullnose and T-Cutter tools regularly. This typically means you already have the ability to mill with geometries.
    • Milling with the tools that hyperDENT recommends will set you up for machining success.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Check to ensure your templates have access to geometries.
      • After loading a part into a new project, select the Identify Part Features icon<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, the type of geometry determination should be highlighted as \u201cExternal\u201d. Additionally, the screw channel and abutment base interfaces on your part should be highlighted as shown below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
