You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
